Four Square is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our growing business. We operate across high-end residential, commercial, development, infrastructure, and solar projects. As the business continues to expand, we are looking for a strong HR leader who can help build structure, improve systems, support management, and ensure our people processes are professional, compliant, and well organised.

The role will involve leading all areas of HR, including:

  • Recruitment
  • Onboarding
  • Employment contracts
  • Company policies
  • Staff performance
  • Appraisals
  • Training
  • Absence management
  • Employee relations
  • HR compliance
  • Day-to-day support to directors and managers

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong HR management experience
