Four Square Projects is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Solar & Energy team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in civil works, with previous experience in Utility-scale solar fields projects being preferred, but not essential.
This role will involve a mix of site and office work, with 3 days on project sites and 2 days at our London office. We offer both PAYE and self-employed options.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management
- Strong skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset to manage budgets and financial evaluations
- Proven experience
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and practices
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
