An exciting opportunity has become available for a Design Manager to join a contemporary premium high street womenswear brand. This brand is synonymous with sexy and modern design, creating beautiful dresses, as well as elegant outerwear, woven/jersey sets and a newly launched bridal collection.
The Role:
- Build trend / mood concept
- Work closely with the Creative Director to deliver the mood to the design team
- Building range plans
- Oversee critical path and ensure it is met
- Manage the team of 4 Designers
- Support and advise on print selections
- The role is based in their London studio, 5 days per week
About you:
- At least 8 years experience working in a premium/luxury brand
- Previous experience managing a Design team is essential
- Excellent communication, organisation, and management skills
The package:
- Salary is dependent on experience
