The Role Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support the leadership of their London boutique.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving commercial success, delivering an exceptional client experience, and developing a high-performing retail team.

Key Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operation of the boutique, ensuring excellence across sales, service, and operational performance.

Inspire, coach, and develop the team through regular training, mentoring, and performance feedback, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

Take ownership of the boutique in the Store Manager's absence, leading the team with confidence while ensuring business objectives are achieved.

Champion an elevated client experience by encouraging personalised styling, appointment selling, CRM activity, and long-term relationship building.

Build and nurture relationships with VIP clients, local communities, personal shoppers, and key partners to drive client acquisition and loyalty.

Monitor sales performance, key performance indicators, and business objectives, implementing action plans to maximise boutique results.

Oversee stock management, inventory control, visual merchandising, and operational procedures, ensuring company standards are consistently maintained.

Required Skills & Experience Previous experience in an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or similar leadership role within luxury, premium, or contemporary fashion retail.

Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing retail teams.
