About the Brand
Our client is a London-based international brand operating in the premium fashion and jewellery sector, known for exceptional craftsmanship, brand integrity, and strong retail partnerships across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Wholesale Account Manager to drive business development and strengthen existing national accounts. Ideal candidates will be commercially driven and thrive on winning new business and building strong relationships with existing customers. This is a permanent opportunity and can be based anywhere in the UK, with regular travel to London and key retail partners.
The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will take full ownership of national key accounts while identifying and securing new strategic opportunities to grow distribution and market share. You will operate at both strategic and operational levels, building long-term growth plans while delivering against commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a national account strategy aligned with brand objectives
- Grow market share through proactive business development and new account acquisition
- Manage and nurture existing key retail accounts, ensuring long-term profitability
- Lead annual negotiations including pricing, margin, promotional activity, and trading terms
- Analyse sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement corrective actions
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, and supply chain teams
- Present seasonal collections and commercial proposals to retail partners
- Forecast sales and manage budgets to deliver revenue and margin targets
- Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows

- Proven experience as a National Account Manager within premium fashion or jewellery
- Strong track record of delivering sales growth and expanding market share
