Vice President, Residential Development, Marketing & Sales
The Vice President, Residential Development, Marketing & Sales is a key member of the Residential leadership team responsible for leading the strategic functions that support the growth, positioning, commercialization, and financial performance of the Four Seasons Residential portfolio globally.
Reporting to the Group Head, Residential, this role provides leadership across Residential Development support functions, including market planning and feasibility, residential sales and marketing, customer relationship management, portfolio analytics, and Residential License Fee management.
The Vice President serves as a strategic partner to development teams, ownership groups, and internal stakeholders throughout the residential development lifecycle, from deal pursuit through project launch and sell-out.
This role ensures every Four Seasons residential opportunity is supported by rigorous market intelligence, data-driven decision making, effective sales and marketing strategies, strong developer engagement, and disciplined Residential License Fee management.
Working closely with Development, Operations, Design Services, Finance, Legal, Brand, Public Relations, Digital, and regional teams, the Vice President helps strengthen the value proposition of Four Seasons branded residences while supporting the continued growth of the global Residential business.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Residential Development Strategy & Portfolio Leadership
- Provides clear priorities, direction, and leadership for the global Residential business in alignment with Four Seasons growth objectives.
- Supports scalable processes, tools, and capabilities that strengthen portfolio performance, enhance developer support, and enable consistent execution from deal pursuit through project launch and sell-out.
- Market Planning, Feasibility & Analytics
- Provides rigorous market intelligence, feasibility analysis, portfolio analytics, and data-driven recommendations to support new residential opportunities.
- Enables leadership and development teams to understand market attractiveness, demand, competition, developer capability, sales pace, brand premium, resale trends, portfolio performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Residential Sales & Marketing
- Supports effective project positioning, launch planning, and go-to-market execution to maximize demand, sales velocity, long-term asset value, and brand consistency.
- Provides development partners with clear guidance on governance documentation, customer strategy, pricing, inventory release, broker engagement, marketing plans, agencies, digital assets, sales materials, and sales execution.
- Developer & Partner Engagement
- Provides senior relationship leadership with development partners and ownership groups, positioning Four Seasons as a trusted strategic partner.
- Supports clear alignment on residential planning, positioning, sales and marketing strategy, brand expectations, approval requirements, milestone activities, issue resolution, and overall project performance.
- Residential License Fees & Portfolio Performance
- Ensures the global Residential License Fee program is managed with discipline, accuracy, and transparency.
- Supports reliable forecasting, reporting, billing oversight, revenue tracking, documentation, collection processes, data integrity, governance, compliance, executive insight, and Residential License Fee generation across the portfolio.
- CRM, Customer Strategy & Cross Functional Leadership
- Strengthens customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion strategies through effective CRM, customer insights, analytics, and cross-functional alignment.
- Supports coordinated messaging and execution across Brand, Digital, Public Relations, Marketing, Development, Operations, Design Services, Finance, Legal, and regional teams for developers, purchasers, and stakeholders.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury residential development, branded residences, real estate, hospitality, sales and marketing, development advisory, or a related field.
- Strong financial, strategic, analytical, and commercial acumen.
- Exceptional communication, relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- International experience and familiarity with global luxury residential markets preferred.
- Demonstrated success supporting residential development projects from deal pursuit through launch, sales execution, and sell-out.
- Deep understanding of residential market analysis, feasibility assessment, project positioning, customer acquisition, sales strategy, and marketing execution.
- Experience in working directly with developers, ownership groups, brokers, consultants, and senior executives.
- Experience within the branded residential sector and detailed understanding of governance documentation.
- Proven ability to lead global teams and influence across a complex matrix organization.
