We are a well-established specialist recruitment agency supplying temporary staff to leading luxury fashion and lifestyle brands across London. Known for our high standards and exceptional service, we partner with some of the world’s most prestigious retail names to deliver talent that reflects their brand standards. We are now seeking a Temps Consultant to manage and grow a busy temporary desk within the luxury retail sector.

The Role

As a Temps Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of temporary staffing assignments, acting as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role requiring excellent organisation, strong commercial awareness, and a genuine understanding of luxury retail environments. You will play a key role in ensuring our clients are consistently supported with high-quality temporary talent, often at short notice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a busy temporary recruitment desk supplying staff to luxury retail clients across London
  • Handle daily and last-minute staffing requests with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Source, interview, and place temporary candidates including sales associates, supervisors, and specialist retail staff
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury retail clients, understanding their brand culture and staffing needs
  • Manage candidate availability, bookings, rotas, and shift confirmations
  • Ensure compliance with right-to-work checks, contracts, and payroll processes
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM and support reporting on desk performance
  • Proactively develop candidate pools ahead of peak trading periods

  • Previous experience in recruitment, temporary staffing, or luxury retail
  • Highly organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced, reactive environment
