The Role

As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will play an important role in delivering an outstanding customer journey and supporting the day-to-day running of a premium retail environment.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, personalised shopping experience.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and confidently understand and respond to their individual needs.
  • Maximise sales opportunities through product knowledge, styling recommendations, upselling, and cross-selling.

About You

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
