Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across the shop floor and back-of-house
- Support the Store Manager with rota planning and team coordination
- Act as the Store Manager’s primary support
- Drive CRM & Clientelling from the front acting as a brand ambassador
Candidate Profile:
- Current Supervisor (luxury retail) or ASM (premium retail) seeking progression into luxury
- Strong operational knowledge, including stock control and BOH process management
- Organised, confident, and commercially aware
