With a flagship boutique and office in Soho, alongside a growing global online presence, the business sits at the forefront of innovative fashion retail. As the business continues to grow, our client is seeking an experienced, highly organised and detail-oriented Stock Controller / Operations Coordinator to take ownership of the stock function and support the smooth running of day-to-day retail operations. The Role This is a hands-on role suited to someone with stock management experience within fashion retail, ideally in a premium, luxury or multi-brand environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, overseeing stock movements, conducting regular stock counts and investigating discrepancies. Working closely with the Senior Merchandiser, Store Manager and wider teams, they will play a key role in ensuring stock accuracy, operational efficiency and the timely flow of products across the business. The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable and commercially minded, with strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to manage responsibilities independently.
