Senior Analyst, Operations Finance

The Senior Analyst, Operations Finance will collaborate with the Director, Operations Finance on Property Finance Business Process Management (BPM) and outsourcing. BPM includes standardizing and automating tasks, developing best‑practice processes, tools, and templates, and facilitating their deployment across the global portfolio alongside property teams and the business process outsourcing (BPO) partner, with the aim to drive efficiency of accounting processes globally. The role will also support compliance of the core accounting functions, both transactional actuals and planning (budgeting and forecasting), and implement systems, policy and process to ensure property teams use established Standard Operating Procedures. The Senior Analyst will assist with ad hoc requests from Senior Management and other stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

Process Efficiency & Governance

  • Drive adoption of best practices and standards.
  • Maximize the use of standardized tools and templates by the properties.
  • Monitor and improve KPIs within the Service Level Agreements.
  • Minimize Capgemini errors reported by the properties.
  • Maximize efficiency of onsite processes.
  • Assist in establishing and enforcing policies, rules, internal controls and safeguards.
  • Continuously deliver high level of service with respect to property support and maximize property satisfaction of outsourced services.
  • Provide hotel users with support for standard tools, templates and processes.

Regional Oversight

  • Support leadership decisions through reporting and data‑driven insights.
  • Demonstrate proficiency as a lead/power‑user of company financial systems and regional practices.
  • Provide regular status reporting as required.

Insights and Innovation

  • Transform complex data into summarized, meaningful and actionable insights.
  • Present and provide meaningful commentary to stakeholders on past, current and future state across all areas of responsibility.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Collaborate with Operations Finance, property teams and business process outsourcing partner to ensure timeliness and integrity of financial processes.
  • Represent both Operations Finance and the properties on cross‑functional projects and requests.
  • Leverage Microsoft 365 suite of software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams to enhance communication, reporting, organization and collaboration within the team and other groups.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in a related hospitality accounting or shared services role.
  • Field experience with hands‑on knowledge of PMS/POS environments, income audit, and GL processes.
  • Familiar with detailed workflows and system navigation, the clicks, the sequences, and the practical application.
  • CPA or university degree in hospitality, accounting or finance preferred.
  • Multilingual is an asset.
