Four Seasons Recruitment have partnered with an iconic Italian menswear brand renowned for their exquisite quality craftsmanship and timeless style.

As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in maximising sales through your ability to style and clientele. You will use your menswear knowledge to make tailored recommendations, always ensuring a luxury and seamless client journey.

The Role:

• Driving sales whilst working towards and exceeding individual targets
• Building and maintaining loyal long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
• Displaying an in-depth knowledge of the product range and brand history
• Providing personalised styling advice and curating looks for clients
• Assisting in maintaining store standards
• Supporting on store operations and administration
• Processing transactions through the POS system
• Pinning and fitting products to prepare for alterations

About You:

• Previous experience in menswear is essential
• Fluent in Italian
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Personable
• Collaborative attitude
• Strong passion for menswear and styling
• Self motivated and sales driven
• Proficient with Microsoft and administration tools

The Package:

• Up to £40,000 basic dependant on experience
• Generous Commission Structure
• Every Sunday off as the boutique is closed
• Fantastic boutique hours
• Uniform provided
