The Role
Working within a close-knit team of four and reporting directly to the Store Manager, this role is ideal for a retail professional who enjoys building genuine client relationships, delivering outstanding service, and taking ownership on the shop floor when required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised and engaging customer experience through expert product knowledge and relationship-led selling
- Drive individual sales performance while contributing to the boutique’s monthly targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty
- Maintain impeccable boutique standards, including merchandising, presentation, and stock organisation
- Support store opening and closing procedures, including occasional independent shifts as Key Holder
- Assist the Store Manager in maintaining a positive and collaborative team environment
- Handle high-value transactions with professionalism and attention to detail
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in premium or luxury retail sales
- Strong client service skills with a passion for building relationships
- Confident working independently and taking responsibility when required
