As a Sales Consultant you will play a crucial role in assisting the Harrods concession in delivering their sales goals and key objectives. A key focus for the team is CRM activity and cultivating a loyal client-base for both the brand and boutique.
We are seeking an Arabic speaking candidate who is confident building relationships and are experienced customer service connoisseurs. You do not need previous jewellery experience, only a background in luxury retail.
About The Role:

Creating and developing relationships through all client interactions

Be an Ambassador of the brand, transforming the DNA and story to clients

Reporting sales directly to the Boutique Manager

Acting as a role model for the brand, you will be a committed and dedicated team player

Assisting the development of the Boutique

Driving sales to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

Collecting, gathering and analysing CRM data to improve the existing client database whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
