As a Room Service Server, you will deliver exceptional dining experiences directly to our guests’ rooms, ensuring every order is presented with the highest level of care and attention to detail. This role is key to creating memorable moments and upholding the Four Seasons standard of personalised service.
What you will do:
- Deliver food and beverage orders promptly and professionally to guest rooms.
- Ensure accuracy and presentation of all orders according to Four Seasons standards.
- Provide warm, attentive service and anticipate guest needs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of In‑Room Dining areas and equipment.
- Assist with order taking and coordination when required.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
What you bring:
- At least one year of experience in In‑Room Dining or another Food & Beverage outlet.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for hospitality.
