About the role: Nestled in the beautiful Hampshire countryside, Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire offers world-class hospitality in a stunning setting. Our Front Office team creates exceptional first impressions and memorable guest experiences from the moment our guests arrive. We are now looking for a welcoming, professional, and service-driven Lobby Attendant to join our team.

As a Lobby Attendant, you will play an important role in maintaining the appearance, atmosphere, and smooth operation of the hotel's lobby and public areas. You will be a visible presence for our guests, providing assistance, anticipating needs, and ensuring every arrival and departure reflects the renowned Four Seasons standard of luxury hospitality.

What you will do:

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide directional assistance throughout the hotel
  • Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and organisation of the lobby and public spaces
  • Support the Front Office and Concierge teams with guest requests and enquiries
  • Assist with luggage handling and guest arrivals when required
  • Monitor lobby activity and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience
  • Ensure public areas are stocked with appropriate guest amenities and collateral
  • Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution
  • Engage with guests professionally and courteously, creating memorable interactions
  • Uphold Four Seasons standards of luxury, professionalism, and service excellence

What you bring:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a customer-facing role preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • A friendly, approachable, and professional manner
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
