Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Waiter or Waitress to join the Rotunda team. This is an opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys variety, guest interaction, and working within a refined but dynamic environment.
The role
- Deliver a polished, attentive, and personalised dining experience across breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and evening service.
- Guide guests through the menu, serving food and beverages with confidence, and ensuring every interaction reflects Four Seasons standards.
What You Will Do
- Deliver attentive and professional food and beverage service in line with Four Seasons standards.
- Build strong menu knowledge, confidently explaining dishes, drinks, and recommendations.
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Prepare and maintain tables and service areas to a high standard.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience, including upselling where appropriate.
- Respond to guest requests and feedback with care and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment at all times.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience as a waiter or waitress in a hotel, restaurant, or similar environment.
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with guests.
- Good knowledge of food, beverage, or willingness to learn.
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and organisational skills.
