About the role: Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is seeking a People & Culture Manager dedicated to implementing effective employee development strategies alongside broader P&C initiatives. Combines creativity, professionalism, and strategic vision to shape our company culture, drive growth, and foster a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

What you will do:

  • Supporting the effective management and performance of the People & Culture function whilst maintaining and continuing to develop efficient processes and services to support the smooth running of the department.
  • Acting as an advisor and key business partner to the operations, focusing on managing all aspects of the employee relations and the recruitment cycle.
  • Driving our culture through effective communication and promotion of positive employee relations whilst ensuring compliance with the hotel’s policies and current legislation.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with the wider hotel team to ensure we deliver an unrivalled employee experience to our associates.
  • Demonstrating the highest level of hospitality and professionalism in order to motivate the team to achieve the highest standards possible.

What you bring:

  • Employee relations experience is essential. A Human Resources related qualification is preferred.
  • Experience of working in a hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry with a focus on guest satisfaction and team development.
  • An exceptional level of attention to detail, excellent written and spoken English.
  • The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. Experience with Workday is desirable.
