I am working with a luxury brand that blends artisanal craftsmanship with a rebellious spirit. The philosophy centres on making high-quality, often unique items driven by inspiration rather than market trends. Products are produced in limited quantities, ensuring rarity and desirability, with a distinctive aesthetic that has built a loyal, fashion-forward following.
The Cashier provides clerical support for both front and back of house operations in store. The OSS is responsible for processing and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions (including receptions, CRM, SKUs, monetary payment, and client verification) and the administration support of after sales services when needed.
Job requirements:- Accurately record points of sales transaction at the register: processing sales, sends, repairs, assisting in the preparation of opening and closing procedures with management.
- Organise and prioritise the workstation and selling floor to support the sales effort: ensure all items (bags, boxes, notecards, ribbon, POS station and the like) are always stocked, maintain selling floor merchandising standards, straightening, filing in, etc.
- Record accurate and detailed CRM details that provide meaningful details of purchase history and sales analysis.
- Collaborate with sales and service associates to prepare for and manage appointment schedule.
- Answering phones in a timely manner and exhibiting friendly and appropriate customer service.
- Consistently provide high levels of service to our clients: prompt and friendly greeting, offer to assist and answer questions, and assistance with wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
- Support sales and stock team with physical product management (ticketing, case sheets, returning merchandise to the floor).
- Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory through completing inventory checks and cycle counts as needed.
- Display a thorough comprehension of, and remain up to date on, Product Knowledge and Company news.
- Be a positive role model representing the brand at all times.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with the Management Team, Peers, and other Store Teams.
- Adhere to all retail policies and procedures.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
- Sends and tracks special orders.
- Prepares cash for Loomis.
- Updates Daily sales.
- Updating customer waiting lists.
Package: Up to Salary £38,000
Monday-Saturday Opening hours 10.30 am-7.30 pm. No Sundays.
Uniform allowance after passing probation.
