Four Seasons Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious luxury brand to recruit a Senior Client Advisor for its boutique within Harrods.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced luxury retail professional with fluent Mandarin language skills to join a globally recognised brand renowned for its craftsmanship, heritage, and exceptional client experience.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering outstanding service, developing long-term client relationships, and supporting the boutique in achieving strong commercial results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional and personalised client experience at every stage of the customer journey.
- Build and maintain a strong client book, nurturing relationships with both local and international clientele.
- Drive sales performance through expert product knowledge, styling advice, and proactive clientelling.
- Support the achievement of individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the values and standards of the business at all times.
- Assist with daily boutique operations, stock management, and maintaining impeccable visual standards.
- Support and mentor junior team members, leading by example in service excellence.
- Develop relationships with VIP clients and identify opportunities to grow repeat business.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience within luxury retail, ideally in a Senior Client Advisor or Client Advisor position.
- Fluent Mandarin and English language skills.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
- Strong clientelling skills and experience working with international and VIP clientele.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- A polished, professional, and service‑driven approach.
- Passion for luxury retail, craftsmanship, and delivering memorable customer experiences.
