Build genuine relationships with customers and provide knowledgeable product recommendations. Confidently support customers throughout their shopping journey, from initial welcome through to purchase. Drive sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling. Maintain impeccable standards across the shop floor, ensuring the store is presented to the highest level. Support fitting rooms, till operations, gift wrapping, and other aspects of the customer journey. Assist with deliveries, replenishment, stock transfers, and maintaining an organised stockroom. Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve sales and customer service targets. Represent a prestigious luxury fashion brand with professionalism and confidence. Contribute to a welcoming, polished, and engaging store environment. About You Previous experience in luxury, premium, or high-end fashion retail is essential. Genuine passion for fashion, customer service, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Confident and personable, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers. Commercially driven, with experience working towards sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Polished, professional, and well-presented with a strong eye for detail. Proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible and available to work weekdays, weekends, and peak trading periods.
