We are seeking exceptional, service-led Luxury Retail talent to join our client for the peak Festive trading season. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the most magical period of the luxury retail year – supporting elevated gifting, client experience and brand story telling.

During this period you will represent the brand with confidence, refinement and genuine warmth. You will support in delivering world-class customer service & drive sales in a fast paced luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding 1:1 luxury service
• Support with gifting consultations and product recommendations
• Maintain impeccable visual standards, stock care and store appearance
• Support point of sale
• Proactively contribute to sales targets during peak trade
• Represent the brand values consistently

Requirements:

• Previous luxury retail / premium retail experience strongly preferred
• Exceptional personal presentation, communication and composure
• Naturally client obsessed – service first mindset
• Ability to work at pace while protecting luxury standards
• Full time availability throughout December trading (including weekends)
