About the Role: As Senior Director of Revenue Management, you will set and execute the total revenue strategy across both hotels, ensuring performance optimisation while aligning closely with brand standards and guest expectations. You will act as a senior commercial partner to General Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Operations leaders, leading revenue strategy across rooms and total hotel revenue streams. While based primarily at Park Lane, the role requires regular presence at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire to maintain strong relationships and consistency across both teams. This role combines strategic influence, people leadership, and hands on commercial ownership.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute revenue management strategies for both hotels to achieve budgeted goals.
- Optimise pricing, inventory, and distribution channels to maximise yield and profitability.
- Lead total revenue management initiatives, including rooms, F&B, and Spa.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align strategies and drive performance.
- Analyse market trends, competitor performance, and demand forecasts to inform decision-making.
- Ensure effective use of revenue management systems and tools across both properties.
- Provide leadership and guidance to revenue teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
What you bring:
- Significant experience in a senior revenue management leadership role within luxury hospitality.
- Proven success managing revenue strategy across multiple properties or within a cluster structure.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at senior level.
- Excellent commercial, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Deep understanding of the London luxury hotel market and its competitive landscape.
- Experience using Opera, Delphi, IDeaS, Varicent or myincentive, RevFinder, and Hotel Sales Desk.
- Ability to balance remote leadership with active on property involvement.
- A collaborative, decisive, and people focused leadership style.
