Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Night Concierge to join our Front Office team. This role is ideal for a confident and self‑sufficient hospitality professional who thrives working independently and delivering personalised service overnight.

The role: As Night Concierge, you will be responsible for managing all Concierge services during overnight hours, acting as the key point of contact for guest requests, enquiries, and communication. A key focus of this role is the preparation and management of guest itineraries, ensuring plans are organised, accurate, and ready for the day ahead. This is an essential part of the role and plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless guest experience from morning onwards. This role requires strong organisation, excellent written communication, and the ability to prioritise effectively while working independently. You will ensure service continuity overnight, maintain clear communication, and deliver detailed and accurate handovers to the day team.

  • Manage guest enquiries and requests overnight, both in person and via email, ensuring responses are timely, accurate, and professionally presented.
  • Prepare, review, and finalise detailed guest itineraries, ensuring all arrangements are confirmed and ready ahead of the day.
  • Coordinate closely with travel agents and external partners, particularly across US time zones, to manage bookings and updates overnight.
  • Arrange dining reservations, transportation, experiences, and other guest services with attention to detail.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of London, including late evening and early morning options.
  • Handle guest concerns and service recovery with discretion and confidence.
  • Ensure all guest requests and actions are accurately logged and clearly communicated in daily handovers.
  • Work closely with Night Management and Front Office teams to maintain seamless service continuity.
  • Maintain a calm, organised, and professional presence throughout the night.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a Concierge role within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence handling guest enquiries via email.
  • Excellent knowledge of London, including restaurants, culture, and transport.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions during overnight shifts.
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail.
  • Professional, discreet, and service‑driven approach.
  • Flexibility to work a permanent night shift schedule.
  • Right to work in the UK.

What to expect:

  • Full time, 40 hours per week.
  • Night shift schedule: Typically four nights on, 3 nights off, 10 hour shifts.
