We are recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a successful entrepreneur in a varied and fast-paced role based in Mayfair. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious PA or Team Assistant looking to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a busy and ever-changing diary, scheduling meetings, appointments, and personal commitments.
  • Monitor and manage emails, responding or drafting correspondence where appropriate.
  • Coordinate UK and international travel, including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and transport.
  • Prepare documents, meeting packs, and presentations as required.
  • Assist with personal administration, including expenses, receipts, and general record keeping.
  • Support with lifestyle management, personal errands, and ad hoc requests.
  • Act as a key point of contact, helping to prioritise communications and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Conduct research and source information to support both business and personal projects.
