This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).
The role: As a Turndown Attendant, you play a key role in preparing guest rooms for the evening. Your focus is on presentation, comfort, and atmosphere, ensuring each room feels welcoming, restful, and impeccably finished for the night ahead. Working as part of a supportive and professional team, you will contribute to a calm and seamless guest experience during evening operations.
What You Will Do:
- Clean and service guest rooms to the highest Four Seasons standards, including beds, bathrooms, floors, and amenities
- Carry out evening turndown service in guest rooms to Four Seasons standards
- Refresh beds, lighting, curtains, amenities, and room presentation
- Replenish towels, water, and guest amenities as required
- Maintain privacy, discretion, and professionalism when interacting with guests
- Report maintenance issues or lost property accurately and promptly
- Keep housekeeping areas and trolleys clean and organised
- Work collaboratively with Housekeeping colleagues and other hotel departments
- Uphold Four Seasons values and service excellence at all times
What you bring:
- Previous housekeeping experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training is provided
