The role: As a Casual Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the presentation, cleanliness, and organisation of all spa facilities. You will ensure guests enjoy a welcoming, comfortable, and immaculate environment throughout their visit. What you will do:
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of changing rooms, relaxation areas, treatment rooms, fitness facilities, and pool areas
- Ensure all spa amenities, towels, and supplies are replenished throughout the day
- Prepare treatment rooms and guest areas to the highest standards
- Support the Spa team in delivering a seamless guest experience
- Respond to guest requests professionally and efficiently
- Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist with opening and closing procedures where required
- Ensure all spa areas remain organised, welcoming, and well maintained
What we are looking for:
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality and service
