This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a warm, attentive and service minded Casual In Room Dining Waiter or Waitress to join our overnight team. This is a casual on call role ideal for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional service in a calm and welcoming environment.

About the role: As an In-Room Dining Server, you will play a key part in our Food and Beverage operation, bringing the Four Seasons experience directly to our guests in the comfort of their room or suite. You will ensure each order is delivered with care, accuracy and genuine hospitality, creating a relaxed and seamless dining experience throughout the night.

The ideal In-Room Dining Server will have:

  • 1-2 years as a Waiter/Waitress in a similar environment preferred
  • Excellent personal presentation & attention to detail
  • Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Wine and food knowledge and passion
