This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Cooper's Cut (Modern Steakhouse), Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).
The role: As a Casual Evening Guestroom Attendant, you will be responsible for servicing guest rooms during the evening, ensuring they remain immaculate, well stocked, and ready for our guests to enjoy throughout their stay. You will play an important role in maintaining room standards, completing evening refresh services, and responding to housekeeping requests while delivering the thoughtful and personalised service expected at Four Seasons.
- Complete evening refresh and turndown services in guest rooms, along with cleaning checkout rooms as required.
- Replenish amenities, towels, linens, and guest supplies.
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
- Report maintenance concerns and room defects where identified.
- Ensure housekeeping pantries and service areas remain organised and fully stocked.
- Work closely with the wider Housekeeping team to support hotel operations.
- Uphold Four Seasons service and quality standards at all times.
What we are looking for:
- Previous housekeeping experience within a hotel environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Professional presentation and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
