The role: As a Casual Commis Waiter or Waitress, you will support the service team in delivering a warm, polished, and professional dining experience. You will assist with daily operations and service delivery, while developing your knowledge of food, beverage, and luxury service standards. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible work within a high-end environment, who take pride in presentation and enjoy being part of a close, professional team.

What you will do:

  • Support the delivery of attentive and intuitive food and beverage service
  • Assist with the preparation and setup of dining areas and service stations
  • Serve food and beverages professionally, following Four Seasons standards
  • Clear tables efficiently and maintain a clean, organised environment
  • Develop knowledge of menus, ingredients, and service style
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth and seamless service
