Nestled in the beautiful Hampshire countryside, Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire offers world‑class hospitality in an inspiring and tranquil setting. As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional luxury experiences, we are seeking a warm and attentive Lobby Attendant to join our Front of House team.
As a Lobby Attendant, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable first impression for our guests. You will ensure that all public areas, particularly the hotel lobby, are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort. Your eye for detail, proactive approach, and passion for service will contribute to a seamless and elevated guest experience from arrival to departure.
What you will do
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel lobby and public areas at all times
Ensure furniture, fixtures, and décor are perfectly arranged and well maintained
Provide a warm welcome to guests as they arrive and assist with general enquiries
Support the Front Office and Concierge teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
Respond promptly to guest requests with a professional and friendly approach
Monitor public areas and report any maintenance or safety concerns
Uphold Four Seasons’ standards of luxury, service excellence, and guest satisfaction.
What you bring
Previous experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role preferred
Strong attention to detail with pride in maintaining high standards
A warm, friendly, and professional manner
Ability to anticipate guest needs and act proactively
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
