Four Seasons recruitment are partnered with a beautiful swimwear and resort wear brand. The independent British brand is renowned for their swimwear that blends chic, effortless style with exceptional fit and support. Their designs often feature hand-painted prints, bespoke colours, and luxurious Italian fabrics.
As a Key Holder in their flagship boutique, you will be instrumental in supporting the store's daily operations. This will include assisting with the opening and closing procedures, stepping in for management when needed, and leading by example on the sales floor. You'll be a key player in ensuring a seamless client journey and upholding the brand's commitment to luxury service.
The Role:
- Delivering an elevated customer experience at all times
- Building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients
- Providing styling advice, using cross selling and upselling strategies
- Opening and closing the boutique in the absence of management
- Assisting in training and mentoring the team
- Supporting daily operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards
- Processing transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining high customer engagement
- Working towards and exceeding store targets and KPIs
