As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, we are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Food & Beverage Intern to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Division.

As a Food & Beverage Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience across key operational areas within our restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet operations. This internship is designed to give you valuable insight into luxury hospitality and the art of exceptional service, helping you build strong foundations for a future career in the F&B industry.

What you will do:

  • Support daily operations across our restaurants, lounges, and bars
  • Assist with the setup, service, and breakdown of dining areas and events
  • Deliver a warm, genuine welcome and provide attentive, personalised service
  • Take and deliver guest food and beverage orders while ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of service areas
  • Restock supplies, amenities, and equipment as required
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage and Culinary teams to create seamless guest experiences
  • Uphold Four Seasons standards of service, professionalism, and attention to detail
