About the role: We’re seeking a friendly and service-focused In-Room Dining Attendant to join our team on a casual, flexible basis. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences directly to our guests’ rooms, ensuring every order is handled with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

What you will do:

  • Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation meets brand standards
  • Set up trays and trolleys correctly, including proper placement of food, beverages, and condiments
  • Greet guests warmly, explaining orders where required and ensuring complete satisfaction
  • Handle guest requests efficiently, anticipating needs and providing personalised service
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, service stations, and equipment
  • Collect trays and trolleys from guest floors in a timely manner
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen and front office teams to ensure seamless service
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous hospitality or food service experience is preferred but not essential – full training is provided
  • A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high service standards
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Physical ability to carry trays, push trolleys, and remain on your feet for extended periods
