What You Will Do:
- Warmly welcome guests and provide an exceptional first impression
- Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow efficiently
- Escort guests to tables and introduce them to their server
- Communicate guest needs or special requests to the service team
- Maintain an organised, polished, and welcoming front‑of‑house atmosphere
- Support the restaurant team in delivering service excellence
