We are looking for a commercially driven and detail-oriented Head of Digital Marketing and Ecommerce to join a fast-paced, high-growth luxury fashion brand. This is a key role responsible for driving online performance, optimising the digital customer journey, and delivering continued growth across our direct-to-consumer channels.
Working closely with senior leadership and external partners, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end ecommerce trading function; from onsite merchandising and performance marketing through to analytics and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage the digital trading plan, including P&L accountability and performance forecasting
- Monitor and optimise key ecommerce KPIs such as ROAS, AOV, conversion rate and units per transaction
- Produce weekly and monthly trading reports, including product and campaign performance analysis
- Lead onsite trading activity, ensuring timely execution of campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Manage relationships with 3PL partners, ensuring smooth order flow, stock accuracy, and SLA adherence
- Oversee website content and merchandising, including:
- Category and product page optimisation
- Homepage updates and campaign banners
- Maintaining brand consistency and visual standards
- At least 5 years’ experience in ecommerce trading within a fashion or luxury retail environment
- Proven success working with Shopify+
- A strong grasp of end-to-end digital trading operations, including marketing and performance optimisation
- Confidence working with web analytics, data insights, and reporting tools
- A solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and time management
- Strong understanding of web design, UX, and onsite merchandising
