As a Front Desk Receptionist at Four Seasons Park Lane, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience, offering a warm welcome and seamless service from arrival to departure. What you will do:
- Deliver a personalised check‑in and check‑out experience with warmth, efficiency and professionalism.
- Respond to guest enquiries, both in person and by phone, regarding hotel services, amenities, directions and local recommendations.
