Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is seeking an exceptional Food & Beverage Guest Experience Supervisor to become the face of our Food & Beverage operation. This unique role combines luxury hospitality, guest relations, brand representation, and operational leadership. As our Food & Beverage Guest Experience Supervisor, you will act as an ambassador for our restaurants and bars, ensuring every guest feels recognised, valued, and genuinely cared for throughout their experience. You will be responsible for building guest loyalty, enhancing our reputation, supporting revenue growth, and creating unforgettable moments for our guests.
What you will do:
- Act as a visible and engaging presence within our Food & Beverage venues, warmly welcoming guests and creating memorable first impressions.
- Build meaningful relationships with regular guests, VIPs, residents, special occasion diners, and high-profile visitors.
- Personalise the guest journey by recognising guest preferences, special celebrations, and individual requirements.
- Champion guest satisfaction by handling feedback professionally and ensuring effective service recovery when required.
- Support the Restaurant and Bar leadership teams in maintaining the highest standards of luxury service and operational excellence.
- Manage VIP bookings, special requests, seating plans, and guest profile information to maximise guest satisfaction and repeat visitation.
- Work closely with Concierge, Events, Marketing, and Restaurant teams to create seamless and exceptional guest experiences.
- Represent the Food & Beverage operation both internally and externally, supporting promotional events, collaborations, hosted experiences, and special activations.
- Contribute to the development of our guest engagement strategy through innovative ideas, storytelling, and personalised hospitality initiatives.
- Support social media, photography opportunities, and brand-enhancing experiences that showcase the unique offerings of Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire.
- Produce guest experience reports, track guest feedback trends, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of genuine hospitality, engagement, and exceptional service throughout the Food & Beverage team.
What you bring:
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, restaurants, hotels, private members clubs, or high-end lifestyle environments.
- A genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and building lasting relationships.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage with guests at all levels.
- Strong emotional intelligence and a naturally warm, charismatic, and professional approach.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and guest requests simultaneously.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how guest engagement contributes to loyalty, reputation, and revenue growth.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, service etiquette, and luxury hospitality standards.
- Food and beverage knowledge including premium dining experiences, wine, cocktails, and seasonal offerings.
- Experience using reservation platforms such as OpenTable or similar systems would be advantageous.
- Strong written communication skills with experience handling guest correspondence professionally.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays in line with business requirements.
