About the role: Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate individual to join our Food & Beverage team as a Food & Beverage Supervisor on a fixed-term maternity cover contract until January 2027. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting the day-to-day operation of our Food & Beverage outlets. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading service teams, supporting management, and ensuring the highest standards of luxury hospitality are consistently delivered. You will help create memorable experiences for our guests while fostering a positive and engaging environment for your colleagues.

What you will do:

  • Supervise the day-to-day operation of assigned Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained at all times.
  • Lead by example during service periods, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Assist with training, coaching, and developing colleagues to enhance performance and service delivery.
  • Ensure guest requests and concerns are handled professionally, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
  • Support the management team in monitoring service quality and maintaining luxury hospitality standards.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring operational readiness and compliance.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation throughout all service areas.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company policies and procedures.
  • Support stock management, ordering processes, and inventory controls as required.
  • Promote teamwork and a positive working culture while delivering outstanding guest experiences on every shift.

What you bring:

  • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory role within a hotel, restaurant, or luxury hospitality environment.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and support a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining luxury service standards.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
