The Role
The business is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of its London locations. Reporting directly to the UK General Manager, this role will play a key part in delivering an exceptional in-store experience while driving team performance and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience
- Place the customer at the heart of all in-store activities to ensure outstanding service
- Act as a brand ambassador, leading by example on the shop floor
- Proactively introduce initiatives to enhance and personalise the customer journey
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through events and community engagement
- Effectively manage customer feedback and resolve issues to drive loyalty
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company’s sustainability commitments
- Collaborate with other store leaders to maximise commercial opportunities and service standards
- Lead and Develop Teams
- Identify, recruit, and nurture talent, implementing clear succession planning
- Train and develop management teams to deliver exceptional service standards
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative working environment

- Ensure all visual merchandising aligns with brand identity and standards
- Oversee product presentation and in-store experience to inspire customers
- Monitor competitor activity and maintain strong commercial awareness
- Ensure the store environment is maintained to a high standard, including supplier management and store upkeep
- Drive Commercial Performance
- Plan and organise store operations to meet customer demand
- Optimise staffing levels to support business needs
- Oversee stock control and inventory management
- Ensure smooth operational processes, including cash handling
- Implement company strategy and ensure adherence to all procedures
- Maintain regular communication with head office across key functions including Marketing, HR, and Legal
