Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance of the General Ledger and ensure timely and accurate Balance Sheet reconciliations.
  • Assist in ensuring effective internal controls are in place and operating consistently.
  • Support month-end close processes and ongoing financial reporting.
  • Partner with hotel department leaders to enhance financial awareness and accountability.
  • Coach and support operational teams to build financial acumen and understanding.
  • Participate in corporate and regional finance projects and initiatives.
  • Support the Director of Finance and Assistant Director of Finance with analysis, reviews, and financial governance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes and controls.

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in a Finance Manager or similar role, ideally within hospitality or a service-led environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, balance-sheet management, and general ledger processes.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to partner effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Passion for excellence, learning, and continuous improvement.
