Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance of the General Ledger and ensure timely and accurate Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- Assist in ensuring effective internal controls are in place and operating consistently.
- Support month-end close processes and ongoing financial reporting.
- Partner with hotel department leaders to enhance financial awareness and accountability.
- Coach and support operational teams to build financial acumen and understanding.
- Participate in corporate and regional finance projects and initiatives.
- Support the Director of Finance and Assistant Director of Finance with analysis, reviews, and financial governance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes and controls.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in a Finance Manager or similar role, ideally within hospitality or a service-led environment.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, balance-sheet management, and general ledger processes.
- Confident communicator with the ability to partner effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
