A rare opportunity has arisen for a highly polished, intuitive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support the Founder and Creative Director of a globally recognised luxury jewellery house. Operating at the heart of a creatively driven and fast-paced environment, this role requires an individual who thrives on bringing structure, precision, and calm to an entrepreneurial and ever-evolving business.

The successful candidate will act as a true right hand, seamlessly managing both professional and personal priorities while maintaining the highest standards of discretion and excellence synonymous with the luxury industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expertly manage the Founder’s complex and ever-changing diary, ensuring seamless coordination across business and personal commitments.
  • Oversee all communications, acting as a gatekeeper and ambassador for the Founder; draft and refine correspondence to an exceptional standard.
  • Coordinate global travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, visas, and expense management, ensuring a flawless experience at every stage.
  • Prepare for meetings with meticulous attention to detail, including briefing documents, agendas, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and manage highly confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide support with personal financial administration, including expense tracking and coordination of Self Assessment requirements.
  • Continuously refine and elevate administrative processes, introducing systems that enhance efficiency and reflect best-in-class standards.
  • Conduct thoughtful research and provide insights to support business and creative initiatives.
  • Support with personal errands and lifestyle management, ensuring the Founder’s day-to-day runs effortlessly.
Experience & Attributes
  • Significant experience (5+ years) supporting a Founder, Creative Director, or C-suite executive within a luxury, fashion, or creative environment.
  • Impeccable organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and discretion.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a naturally refined and professional tone.
  • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to anticipate needs and adapt to different working styles.
  • Strong understanding of discretion and confidentiality within a high-profile setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Mac systems.
  • Experience coordinating international travel with flexibility to accommodate changing schedules and time zones.
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
