About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Luxury Retail Department Manager to lead a high-performing team in a premium retail environment. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent people leadership skills, and a hands-on presence on the shop floor to deliver exceptional customer experiences and outstanding sales results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team
