About the Role:

  • Sales & Client Support
    • Welcome clients in-store and assist with appointments
    • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
    • Support the sales process from enquiry through to delivery and aftercare
    • Develop detailed product knowledge across leading watch brands
    • Deliver exceptional customer service with meticulous attention to detail
  • E-Commerce & Digital
    • Upload and maintain product listings on the company website
    • Edit and manage product images for online use
    • Ensure all listings are accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing
    • Support fulfilment, packaging, and shipping of online orders
    • Contribute to social media and marketing content
  • Photography & Product Presentation
    • Photograph watches for online listings and marketing campaigns
    • Learn styling, lighting, and editing techniques to professional standards
    • Organise and manage digital image files
    • Support the wider team with visual presentation and merchandising
  • Operations & Administration
    • Assist with order processing and stock management
    • Monitor company inboxes and manage client communications
    • Learn internal systems and provide general administrative support

About You:

  • 6–12 months’ experience in retail, e-commerce, or photography
  • Curious, motivated, and eager to learn across multiple departments
