This is an exciting opportunity for a confident retail leader to take ownership of a high-performing store, lead a large team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The Role
As Store Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall performance and day-to-day operation of the store, leading and developing a team of 20+ colleagues.
You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining high operational standards and creating a positive, motivating environment where your team can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop a large retail team, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
Recruit, onboard and coach team members, supporting their ongoing development and progression.
Take full ownership of store performance, working towards and exceeding sales and commercial targets.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock, cash handling, health & safety and company procedures.
Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to maximise commercial results.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build strong, lasting customer relationships.
Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service.
Ensure the store consistently reflects the brand's luxury positioning and attention to detail.
Complete operational and management tasks to a high standard and within required deadlines.
Work closely with the wider management team to support the continued success of the store.
About You
Previous Store Management experience within luxury retail, beauty, cosmetics, fashion or a similar premium environment.
Strong leadership and people-management skills, with experience managing and developing a large team.
