The Role: The Digital and Brand Marketing Manager will manage the day‑to‑day execution and performance of our digital channels while safeguarding brand standards across two distinctive luxury properties. This role sits at the intersection of brand, digital performance, and data, requiring someone who can think strategically, act independently, and solve problems without heavy direction. You will work closely with on‑property leadership, central marketing, and external agencies while maintaining ownership of execution and outcomes. This role requires someone hands‑on, comfortable being close to platforms, data, and content.
What You Will Do:
- Digital and performance marketing: Own day‑to‑day management of websites, e‑mail marketing, and key digital platforms. Ensure websites are consistently updated, aligned with brand standards, and optimised for performance. Manage digital reporting, pulling insights on traffic, engagement, and revenue contribution. Analyse performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations and actions. Partner with agencies on paid social and digital advertising, with a strong understanding of how campaigns are structured, measured, and optimised.
- Brand and visual stewardship: Act as a brand guardian, ensuring visual consistency across digital touchpoints. Confidently assess and apply luxury visual standards, assets, and tone of voice. Manage and maintain branded assets and templates. Use design tools such as Canva confidently to support day‑to‑day needs, adaptations, and content delivery.
- CRM and platforms: Support CRM, e‑mail, and guest communication platforms. Understand how digital channels support guest journeys, loyalty, and conversion.
- Stakeholder and cross‑property working: Work across both Park Lane and Hampshire, balancing brand consistency with local character. Collaborate with senior hotel leadership on campaigns, performance, and priorities. Embrace and operate within the Four Seasons brand framework while bringing thoughtful ideas and improvements forward.
What We Are Looking For:
- At least five years’ experience in digital and brand marketing, ideally within luxury hospitality or a premium consumer brand.
- Strong hands‑on experience managing websites, email marketing, and digital platforms.
- High level of comfort with data, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of how digital drives revenue and brand value.
- Confident visual judgement and brand intuition suitable for a luxury environment.
- Experience working with agencies while retaining ownership and clarity internally.
- Naturally curious, intelligent, and problem‑solving oriented.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and think for yourself.
