About the Role

As a Demi Chef de Partie at Pavyllon London, you will work closely with our talented and passionate kitchen team to craft dishes that embody Chef Alléno’s philosophy. This role offers an exciting opportunity to continue developing your culinary skills in a creative and forward thinking environment, using outstanding ingredients and modern methods.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes to the highest standards
  • Work closely with the Chef de Partie and wider kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards at all times
  • Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal dishes
  • Support the training and development of Commis Chefs

  • Previous experience as either a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie within a fine dining environment
  • A passion for culinary excellence with a strong eye for detail
  • The ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
