  • Take full responsibility for your section, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards
  • Lead and guide junior team members, providing training and support
  • Maintain exceptional levels of cleanliness, organisation and food safety
  • Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials

What you bring

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a Michelin-starred or fine dining environment
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for excellence and innovation
  • Ability to lead and inspire others while working as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude and flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
