About the location: Located in the heart of the City, overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, our hotel is a historic landmark with modern luxury. The property features 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments (including 31 in a transient rental program), a ballroom that has hosted notable events like the UN reception, 5 meeting rooms, a spa with treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna, swimming, and vitality pool, and renowned dining options including La Dame de Pic (French, 2 Michelin stars), Mei Ume (Chinese/Japanese), and Rotunda (all-day dining, afternoon tea, bar).
What you will do: The Security Officer will participate in daily security operations to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property. Responsibilities include controlling the staff entrance, managing employee lockers, issuing nametags and ID cards, and maintaining overall security protocols.
What you bring:
- Police, military, or extensive security experience preferred.
- Experience in administering lifesaving or property protection situations.
- Knowledge of CCTV and access control management.
- CPR, First Aid, fire prevention, and crowd control skills.
- Excellent command of English and computer literacy.
- Understanding of health and safety and risk assessments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
