The role

As a Casual Commis Waiter or Waitress, you will support the service team in delivering a warm, polished, and professional guest experience.

You will assist with the preparation of the restaurant, serve food and beverages, maintain service areas, and ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for throughout their visit. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within a luxury hospitality environment while working flexible shifts.

What You Will Do

• Support the service team in delivering attentive and personalised food and beverage service
• Prepare tables and service stations before, during, and after service
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the outlet
• Assist with afternoon tea, restaurant, and lounge service as required
• Respond to guest requests with professionalism and care
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service is preferred
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
• Strong communication skills and a good command of spoken English
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
• A positive attitude and team focused approach
• Right to Work in the UK
